PIR Investment Management is a Newport Beach-based investment management firm that acquires and operates institutional-grade real assets on behalf of qualified investors.

Founded in 2021 by Anna Murphy, PIR targets large-scale apartment communities, hotel and hospitality assets, and entitled land — asset classes where deep operational expertise and structural insight drive alpha above market returns.
